Making a complaint
We are committed to respectfully listening to everyone who uses our service and we welcome your opinions on the service provided to you. If you are dissatisfied with our service we have provided to you in any way, please tell us. We value your feedback and the opportunity to put things right.

Complaints about other adoption organisations
First4Adoption is an information service only. We are unable to investigate or decide upon any complaints that you might have with a Local Authority adoption service, voluntary adoption agency or anyone involved in the adoption system.
If you provide us with the details of your complaint about a particular agency, where you give us consent, we will forward that information on to the agency for you. Your complaint would then be dealt with by that agency’s complaints procedure.
