Description
Family Action is a charity committed to building stronger families by delivering innovative and effective services and support that reaches out to many of the UK’s most vulnerable people. We seek to empower people and communities to address their issues and challenges through practical, financial and emotional help.
Our work with children and families includes: Family Support; Emotional Health & Wellbeing Services; Therapeutic Services; Young Carers Services; Special Educational Needs Services; Looked After Children Support Services; Advice Services.
We also offer a wide range of training and consultancy services. Open workshops in 2017 include Mental Health First Aid, Panel Chairs and Advisers, Child Protection and Safeguarding for DSLs to name but a few.
